The Outboard Boating Club on Tamaki Drive in Auckland is a Marina and Hardstand facility on approximately 3 Acres of reclaimed land at the entrance to Hobson Bay.
Wedged between a Rail Line and Tamaki Drive it is an island of refuge for boat enthusiasts with direct access to the Hauraki Gulf.
Facilities comprise a 213 Berth Marina with Fuel Jetty, 400 Boat Parks, 120 Car parks, 14 Boat Ramps, Auto Wash Station and the Clubhouse itself, built by volunteers in 1968 for $30,000.
The Project was to develop a masterplan for the future development of the site, to optimise facilities for boating enthusiast, and to upgrade ageing infrastructure

- Secure Resource Consents for all present and future facilities and associated infrastructure.
- Co-ordinate all consultants to realise the masterplan on a stage by stage basis – upgrading 30 year old infrastructure along the way.
- Co-ordinate procurement process for contractors.
- Oversee Construction Stages of work on behalf of our client.
- Stages 1 -3 achieved CCC in 2024
- Stage 4 is proceeding.
