The Celestion is made up of 123 Apartments over 2 towers. One of 18 Levels, the other 16 Levels, including ground floor commercial units.
The project focused on Passive fire remediation to service penetrations through fire rated separations, along with drainage stack maintenance and a refresh to interior lobbies.
Our services included:
- Establishing and monitoring contracts with consultants for their services to prepare building consent and tender documentation and observation during construction.
- Establishing and monitoring the contract for the lead passive fire contractor and supporting trades.
- Ongoing co-ordination with the body corporate committee, owners and residents to maintain orderly access to the site
- Ongoing co-ordination with supporting trades and consultants to enable passive fire work to proceed to programme
- Maintaining an overall project budget, actuals and forecast
The consented scope of works achieved a Code Compliance Certificate in May 2025
